1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on products purchased directly from us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. How to Initiate a Refund

Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to refund. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including all sale items. Please note that personalized or customized items are also exempt from being returned.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommond using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return and replacement.
